• Officer (Legal) - Fixed Term: 35 years Age relaxations as per government norms (3 years for OBC-NCL, 5 years for SC/ST, 10 years for PwBD beyond category relaxation). Ex-servicemen relaxation as per GOI directives.

Educational Qualifications and Experience

Regular Positions (9 Vacancies)

• General Manager (C&P) / E-8: Engineering graduate with 60% marks and 22 years of experience including at least 5 years in high-value contracts.
• Deputy General Manager (Legal) / E-6: Graduate with 3-year LLB or 5-year integrated LLB; minimum 13 years post-qualification legal experience.
• Deputy Manager (EMD) / E-3: Full-time B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics/Solar/Renewable Energy/Power System or similar with 60% marks; minimum 4 years’ experience.
• Deputy Manager (Engineering - Civil) / E-3: B.Tech/B.E. in Civil with 60% marks; minimum 4 years’ experience.
• Deputy Manager (IT) / E-3: BE/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg) in CS/IT or MCA with 60% marks; minimum 4 years’ experience.
• Accounts Officer / E-1: CA or CMA or 2-year full-time MBA (Finance) with 60% marks; minimum 1 year of finance/accounts experience.
• Officer (HR & Admin.) / E-1: 2-year full-time MBA/PGDBM in HRM/IR/Personnel Management/Labour Welfare/Labour Administration/Labour Studies with 60% marks; minimum 1 year of related experience.
• Engineer (Corporate Planning) / E-1: B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical Engineering with 60% marks; minimum 1 year in renewable energy/power sector.

Fixed Term Positions (19 Vacancies)

• Officer (Legal) / FTE:E-1: LLB with 3 years’ or 5-year integrated LLB; minimum 1 year legal work experience.
• Senior Engineer (Electrical) / FTE:E-2: B.Tech/B.E. in respective discipline; minimum 1 year in power sector, preferably renewable energy.
• Deputy Manager (Electrical/Civil) / FTE:E-3: B.Tech/B.E. in relevant discipline; minimum 4 years in power sector.
• Deputy Manager (Solar - Policy & Regulatory) / FTE:E-3: B.Tech/B.E. or 3-year LLB; minimum 4 years in renewable energy/power sector or legal/regulatory work.
• Deputy Manager (Solar - Commissioning) / FTE:E-3: B.Tech/B.E.; minimum 4 years in renewable energy/power.
• Deputy Manager (Solar - Rooftop) / FTE:E-3: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics; minimum 4 years including 1 year in rooftop solar projects.

All qualifications must be from UGC-recognised or AICTE-approved institutions where applicable. Only Indian nationals are eligible to apply.

Application Fees

• Regular Executive Positions (Section A): ₹1,000
• Fixed Term Executive Positions (Section B): ₹500
• SC/ST, Ex-servicemen, and PwBD candidates: Exempted Note: The application fee once paid is non-refundable under any circumstances. Verify eligibility before paying the fee.

Additional instructions

• PwBD candidates are encouraged to apply across all posts; preference will be given based on suitability.
• Separate applications must be submitted for each post if applying for multiple positions.
• Candidates already employed in Government departments/PSUs should obtain NOC through proper channel for interview consideration.
• Teaching experience will not count toward post-qualification experience.
• All appointments are subject to medical fitness per company rules.
