Document Verification and Reporting

• Shortlisted candidates must report for document verification on their trade-specific date between 03-08-2026 and 07-08-2026 at the Sr. DPO Office, DRM Complex, Bilaspur (C.G.).
• Candidates called for verification represent roughly six times the trade vacancy count.
• Bring originals and photocopies of all required documents; missing any document may result in cancellation of candidature.

• Original Medical Fitness Certificate
• Original Central Caste Certificate (SC/ST/OBC or other backward classes, where applicable)
• Aadhaar and PAN Card photocopies (name must match 10th certificate)
• Bank passbook photocopy (Aadhaar-linked account preferred)

• Written self-declaration copy
