SHRESHTA (NETS) 2026 Admission: Apply Online for Class 9th and 11th

Age Eligibility

• For Class 9 Admission: Candidates must be born between April 1, 2009, and March 31, 2013 (inclusive of both dates).
• For Class 11 Admission: Candidates must be born between April 1, 2007, and March 31, 2011 (inclusive of both dates).

Eligibility Criteria

• Only Scheduled Caste (SC) students are eligible to apply.
• For Class 9 Admission: Candidates must currently be studying in Class 8 during the academic year 2025-26.
• For Class 11 Admission: Candidates must currently be studying in Class 10 during the academic year 2025-26.
• The parental annual income of the applicant must be less than or equal to ₹2.5 lakh.

Important Dates

• Online Application Submission: October 10, 2025, to October 30, 2025 (up to 05:00 PM).
• Application Correction Window: November 1, 2025, to November 2, 2025.
• Downloading of Admit Cards: To be announced later on the website (expected in early December 2025).
• Date of Examination: In the month of December 2025 (exact date will be announced soon).
• Timing of Examination: 02:00 PM to 05:00 PM (3-hour paper).
• Duration of Examination: 3 hours (180 minutes).
• Declaration of Result: Within 4 to 6 weeks after the examination.

Application Fees

No application fee is required for SHRESHTA (NETS) 2026.

Exam Pattern and Schedule

• SHRESHTA (NETS) 2026 will be conducted offline (OMR-based).
• The examination duration is 3 hours and will consist of multiple-choice questions (MCQs).
• The exam will be bilingual, available in both English and Hindi.

Selection and Result Process

• Selection will be based purely on merit obtained in the entrance test.
• Results will be declared within 4 to 6 weeks after the examination.
• Qualified students will participate in centralized counseling and school allotment.

3. Register by providing basic personal details and creating a password.
4. Note down the generated application number for future reference.
5. Log in using the application number and password to complete the detailed application form.
6. Upload scanned copies of your photograph, signature, caste certificate, and income certificate.
7. Review the entire application for accuracy before submission.
8. Download and print the confirmation page for your records.
