Eligibility Details

• Experience: At least 15 years of experience in managing large capital building projects, including some government projects; at least 2 years as a Construction/Project Manager.
• Nationality: Must be a citizen of India.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and building systems.
• Tools: Proficiency in project management tools and contract administration.
• Desirable: PMP, CCM, LEED, OSHA certifications.
