  • All Assistant Manager posts: 30 years Relief/relaxation as per applicable rules for SC/ST, OBC, PwBD, Ex-servicemen, and internal candidates.

Eligibility

Educational Qualifications

  • Deputy Manager (IT) - Application Developer: First Class full-time B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/Information Technology/Electronics & Communication Engineering (min. 60%) plus at least 3 years post-qualification experience in PSU/Government/reputed private company with hands-on in C#/Java/JavaScript/ASP.NET/PHP.
  • Assistant Manager (HR): First Class Master’s Degree in PM & IR/MSW/MBA with HR elective, or a first-class two-year full-time Post Graduate Diploma in Management with HR elective (equivalent to MBA).
  • Assistant Manager (F&A): B.Com with CA/ICWA.
  • Assistant Manager (MM): First Class Engineering Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Pulp & Paper Technology/Electronics/Printing Technology plus 2-year PG diploma/MBA in Materials Management/Stores Management/Purchase/Operations/Supply Chain.
  • Assistant Manager (IT): First Class MCA or First Class B.Tech (Computer Engineering/IT).
  • Assistant Manager (OL): First Class Master’s Degree in Hindi or English with the other language at Graduation, plus 2 years translation experience; knowledge of Sanskrit/other Indian languages with computer proficiency in Hindi desirable.
  • Assistant Manager (Safety): Engineering/Technology degree with 2+ years supervisory factory experience, or Physics/Chemistry degree with 6+ years, or Engineering/Technology diploma with 6+ years, or degree/diploma with 6+ years in industrial safety training/education. Please ensure you meet all eligibility criteria; eligibility is verified after online examination and document verification.

  • General, EWS, OBC (including Ex-servicemen): Rs. 1000 (Non-Refundable)
  • SC, ST, PwBD: Rs. 200 (Intimation Charges, Non-Refundable) Fees are GST-inclusive and payable online via Debit Card, Credit Card, Internet Banking, or UPI. Bank charges, if any, are borne by the applicant. The fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Only Indian nationals are eligible.
  • Creamy Layer OBC should apply under General category for reservation purposes.
  • EWS candidates must provide valid Income and Asset Certificate (FY 2026-27) at interview if called.
  • Candidates in Government/Quasi-Government service must furnish an NOC from their employer at interview.
  • Outstation candidates (outside Delhi-NCR) shortlisted for interview will be reimbursed train fare (3-tier AC) on production of documents; no reimbursement for online tests.
