Age Limits

• Deputy Manager (IT) - Application Developer: Up to 35 years.
• All Assistant Manager posts: Up to 30 years.

Relaxations:

• SC/ST: 5 years
• OBC: 3 years (for reserved posts)
• PwBD: 10 years (Unreserved), 15 years (SC/ST), 13 years (OBC, Central list)
• Ex-servicemen: As per government rules
• No age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC for Unreserved vacancies
• No age bar for in-service SPMCIL employees with at least 3 years of service left as on the advertisement date.

Educational Qualifications

• Deputy Manager (IT) - Application Developer: First Class Full-Time B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/Information Technology/Electronics & Communication Engineering (min. 60% marks) plus at least 3 years of post-qualification relevant experience in PSU/Government/reputed private company with exposure to C#/Java/JavaScript/ASP.NET/PHP.
• Assistant Manager (HR): First Class Full-Time Master’s Degree in PM & IR/MSW/MBA with HR elective, or a first-class two-year full-time Post Graduate Diploma in Management with HR elective (equivalent to MBA).
• Assistant Manager (F&A): B.Com with CA/ICWA.
• Assistant Manager (MM): First Class Full-Time Engineering Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Pulp & Paper Technology/Electronics/Printing Technology plus a two-year Post-Graduate degree/diploma/MBA in Materials Management/Stores Management/Purchase/Operations Management/Supply Chain/Logistics Management.
• Assistant Manager (IT): First Class Full-Time MCA, or First Class B.Tech (Computer Engineering/IT).
• Assistant Manager (OL): First Class Master’s Degree in Hindi or English with the other language as a Graduation subject, plus 2 years’ translation experience. Knowledge of Sanskrit/other Indian languages and computer proficiency in Hindi is desirable.
• Assistant Manager (Safety): Engineering/Technology degree with 2+ years’ supervisory factory experience, or Physics/Chemistry degree with 6+ years’ supervisory factory experience, or an Engineering/Technology diploma with 6+ years’ supervisory factory experience, or a degree/diploma with 6+ years in accident-prevention training/education/consultancy/research, plus a recognized degree or diploma in Industrial Safety.

Application Fee

• General, EWS, OBC (including Ex-servicemen): Rs. 1,000 (Non-Refundable examination fee).
• SC, ST, PwBD: Rs. 200 (Non-Refundable intimation charges).

Fee is online-only and GST-inclusive. Transaction charges, if any, are borne by the applicant. Fee once paid is non-refundable.

Additional Instructions

• Apply for only one post, as all online exams will be conducted on the same day.
• Only Indian nationals are eligible.
• Creamy Layer OBC must apply under General category and will be treated accordingly.
• EWS candidates must provide a valid Income and Asset Certificate (FY 2026-27) at the time of interview if called.
• Employees of Government/PSU/Autonomous Bodies may require an NOC from their employer at interview.
• Outstation candidates shortlisted for interview will be reimbursed train fare (3-tier AC) on production of documents; no reimbursement for the online test.
