Age Details

• Minimum age: 21 years
• Maximum age: 30 years
• Age as on: 31 December 2025
• Relaxations: SC/ST 5 years; OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) 3 years; PwBD 10-15 years depending on category; Ex-Servicemen 5 years.
• Note: Cumulative age relaxations are not applicable.

Eligibility Criteria

Essential Academic Qualifications

Graduation in any discipline from a recognised University or an equivalent qualification recognised by the Central Government, including Integrated Dual Degree (IDD). Qualifications such as Medical, Engineering, Chartered Accountant, and Cost Accountant are also eligible.

Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience as on 31 December 2025 as an officer in any Scheduled Commercial Bank or any Regional Rural Bank listed in the Second Schedule of the RBI.

Salary and Other Requirements

Candidates with experience in scheduled commercial banks other than Public Sector Banks/RRBs should demonstrate a minimum annual gross salary of Rs. 9.50 Lakh for each year, with documentary evidence (Form-16 / AIS / pay slips for the last 24 months or employer certificate).

Local Language

Proficiency in reading, writing, and understanding the specified local language of the respective Circle.

Exclusions

Candidates already employed in SBI in clerical/supervisory cadres, those working with SBI subsidiaries, contract employees, or those who have resigned from SBI/Associate Banks are not eligible.

General Information

• Apply for vacancies in one Circle only. Merit will be drawn Circle-wise and category-wise.
• Selection will involve Online Examination, Screening, Interview, and Local Language Proficiency Test, with final merit based on 75:25 ratio (Online Test:Interview).
• Candidates must bring valid photo ID proof to the exam/interview.
• No hard copy of call letters will be sent; download from the Bank’s website.
• Canvassing in any form will disqualify a candidate.
