Age Details

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Maximum Age: 42 years
• Age relaxation as per rules.

Eligibility Details

Soldier (General Duty)

• Class 10th (Matric) pass with 45% marks in aggregate and 33% in each subject. If boards follow a grading system, a minimum of D Grade (33-40) in individual subjects or the grade equivalent to 45% in aggregate is required.

Soldier (Clerk)

• 10+2/Intermediate in any stream (Arts, Commerce, Science) with 60% marks in aggregate and a minimum of 50% in each subject. Securing 50% in English and Mathematics/Accounts/Book Keeping in Class 12 is mandatory.

Soldier Tradesman (All trades except House Keeper & Mess Keeper)

• Class 10th pass with no aggregate percentage requirement, but with a minimum of 33% in each subject.

Soldier Tradesman (House Keeper & Mess Keeper)

• Class 8th pass with no aggregate percentage requirement, but with a minimum of 33% in each subject.
