Age Limit

• Minimum: 18 years
• Maximum: 44 years
• The upper age limit has been raised by 10 years (from 34 to 44) as per G.O.Ms.No.86, G.A.(Ser.A) Department, Dt. 18/05/2026.

Educational Qualifications

• Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Mechanical / Chemical / Biotechnology / Mining / Environmental Engineering from a recognized university, or qualified in Sections A and B of AMIE (India) Civil Examination.
• Option 2: B.Tech / B.E. in any branch with a postgraduate degree in Environmental Engineering, or qualified in Sections A and B of AMIE (India) Civil Examination.
• Distance Education: Degrees obtained through open universities / distance education must be recognized by UGC / AICTE / Distance Education Bureau. The onus of proof rests with the applicant.
• Qualification Date: The result of the required qualification must have been declared by the university as of the notification date (02/06/2026).

• Hall Ticket Download: 7 days before exam date up to 5:00 PM on the day prior to the exam

Application Fees

• OC & BC: Processing Fee ₹1,000; Examination Fee ₹120 (unemployed candidates are exempted from the examination fee).
• SC, ST & PwD: Processing Fee ₹500; Examination Fee ₹120 (unemployed candidates are exempted from the examination fee).
• Fee once remitted will not be refunded. Payment must be made online via Net Banking, Debit Card, Credit Card, or UPI.

How to Apply

1. Visit the official website: https://www.tgpsc.gov.in
2. Complete One Time Registration (OTR) if applying for the first time to obtain a TGPSC ID.
3. Log in with your TGPSC ID and Date of Birth, enter the OTP received on your registered mobile.
4. Verify and update your details (name, DOB, qualifications, category, gender, disability, etc.).
5. Select the examination centre, upload a recent passport-size color photograph and scanned signature (JPG/PNG).
6. Preview, save, and proceed to fee payment online.
7. After payment, download the PDF application and note the Reference ID.
8. Submit the application. For technical issues, contact the helpdesk as provided on the official site.
