Age Limits (as on 31-07-2026)

• Agricultural Officer: Not more than 30 years
• Specialist Officer - Civil Engineer: Not more than 30 years
• Specialist Officer - Law (Manager): Not more than 40 years
• Specialist Officer - Law (Assistant Manager): Not more than 35 years
• Manager (Generalist): Not more than 35 years
• Security Officer: Not more than 50 years

Post-wise Eligibility

Agricultural Officer

• Qualification: Degree in Agriculture with at least 50% marks; specialisations such as Horticulture, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Dairy Science, or Agricultural Engineering are preferred
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in a Bank, RRB, or financial institution

Specialist Officer - Civil Engineer

• Qualification: B.E./B.Tech or equivalent
• Experience: 2 years in overseeing civil works; preference to candidates with banking/large corporate exposure in Civil/Electrical fields

Specialist Officer - Law (Manager & Assistant Manager)

• Qualification: BL/ML or equivalent
• Experience: 5 years of Bar experience or 5 years in a bank/financial institution legal department (Manager); 3 years in a bank/financial institution legal department (Assistant Manager)

Manager (Generalist)

• Qualification: Any Graduate/Post Graduate
• Experience: 5 years in banking, including 3 years as Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager or equivalent

Security Officer

• Qualification: Any Graduate/Post Graduate
• Experience: 5 years of commissioned service in Army/Navy/Air Force (rank of Lieutenant or equivalent) or equivalent Para Military/Police experience

All posts require that candidates have no vigilance or adverse observations pending against them from RBI or statutory authorities. Posts may be transferred anywhere in India based on Bank requirements.
