Post-wise eligibility

• Software Developer (Manager): B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/IT/MCA or equivalent. Minimum 8 years in Banking/FinTech with software development exposure; 3+ years leading development teams; experience in Java (J2EE)/Spring, microservices, mobile app development (Native/Hybrid/Flutter), and cloud (AWS/GCP).
• Data Scientist (Manager): Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field. 3 years as Data Scientist in a bank/financial institution or with large databases; strong Python/R; data visualization tools (SAS, Tableau, Power BI); predictive modelling desirable.
• Statistician (Manager): Master's or PhD in Statistics, Mathematics, or related field. 5 years as Statistician in a bank/financial institution or with large databases; statistical modelling; R, SAS desirable.
• Software Developer (Assistant Manager): B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/IT/MCA or equivalent. 3 years in Software Development/Testing/Maintenance; Java (J2EE)/Spring, Angular/NodeJS, microservices, cloud (AWS/GCP), Docker.
• CBS Support Engineers (Assistant Manager): B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/IT/MCA or equivalent. 3 years in large Banking Software; Finacle 10x CBS scripting/development; Java, Unix scripts, Finacle scripting desirable.
• Software Engineer - Software Programmers (Assistant Manager): B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/IT/MCA or equivalent. 3 years in Software Development/Testing/Maintenance; Full Stack Java (J2EE)/Spring, Angular/NodeJS/JavaScript/JSP; microservices; Docker desirable.
• Oracle HCM - Payroll & Integrations (Assistant Manager): B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/IT/MCA or equivalent. 2 years in Financial Compliance, Data Integrity and Backend Systems; Oracle Fusion Payroll configuration; OIC, HDL, Fast Formulas; Oracle certifications desirable.
• Oracle HCM - Talent, Workflow & Experience (Assistant Manager): B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/IT/MCA or equivalent. 3 years in UX/UI, approval hierarchies, and learning/support; VBCS, BPM Worklist, OTBI; Oracle certifications desirable.
