Educational Qualification

• Option 1: Bachelor’s Degree (any discipline) + 3 months Certificate course in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Option 2: B.Tech/Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science OR Computer Applications

Work Experience

• Essential: Minimum 5 years of experience in livelihood schemes implementation (SHG/PLF)
• Areas: Self Help Groups (SHG), Producer Level Federations (PLF), and related rural livelihood programs
• Driving License: Two-wheeler driving license is mandatory
• Driving Proficiency: Ability to ride/drive a two-wheeler properly

• Maximum Age: 30 years (as on 01-01-2026)

Gender

• Female candidates only

Residency

• Must be a permanent resident of the respective block

Health & Physical

• Good health and physical fitness; two-wheeler license mandatory; ability to ride two-wheeler

Disqualification

• Not terminated/removed from previous TN SRLM/Puduvazhum Vaalkai Scheme/IFAD project or any government scheme for irregularities
