Eligibility by Post

State Resource Person (SRP)

• Education: Postgraduate degree in Social Work, Sociology, Rural Development, Women Studies, or any Social Science discipline
• Experience: Minimum 10 years with SHGs/federations, as a trainer, in NGO or Government rural development projects
• Age: 30-45 years as on 01-06-2026
• Gender: Female (SHG member preferred)

District Resource Person (DRP)

• Education: Postgraduate degree in Social Work, Sociology, Rural Development, Women Studies, or any Social Science discipline
• Experience: Minimum 4 years with SHGs/federations, as a trainer, in NGO or Government rural development projects
• Age: 30-45 years as on 01-06-2026
• Gender: Female (SHG member preferred)

Block Resource Person (BRP)

• Education: Undergraduate degree in Social Work, Sociology, Rural Development, Women Studies, or any Social Science discipline
• Experience: Minimum 3 years with SHGs/federations, as a trainer, in NGO or Government rural development projects
• Age: 25-45 years as on 01-06-2026
• Gender: Female (SHG member preferred)

Important Process Details

• This recruitment is offline; applications must be submitted physically to the respective DMMU in the district you are applying for.
• Include self-attested copies of educational certificates, experience certificates, SHG membership proof (if applicable), age proof, and caste certificate (if applicable).
• Address the envelope clearly to the Project Director, District Mission Management Unit (TNSRLM) of the respective district.
• The 15 notified districts are Ariyalur, Chengalpattu, Cuddalore, Kancheepuram, Krishnagiri, Madurai, Mayiladuthurai, Nagapattinam, Namakkal, Sivagangai, Tenkasi, Tiruvallur, Tiruvannamalai, Tiruvarur, and Villupuram.

Selection & Conditions

• SRP and DRP selections involve written test, focus group discussion, and micro teaching cum interview (total 100 marks).
• BRP selection involves written test (MCQs) and micro teaching cum interview (total 100 marks).
• Only female candidates are preferred; SHG membership is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Applications received after 29-06-2026 will not be entertained.
