In hilly/tribal areas, 12th pass candidates may be considered, or 10th pass candidates with additional qualifications may be considered with special permission from the District Collector.
Women only - must be an active SHG member of a Panchayat-level federation.
Must be an active female SHG member of a Panchayat-level federation (Gram Panchayat-level cluster).
Minimum of 2 years as an SHG Promoter (Community Mobiliser).
Not employed as a full-time government/social/private employee at the time of selection.
Must belong to the Panchayat area served by the relevant BMMU.
Should belong to the identified target population (BPL/marginalised) as per census; if not, other eligible applicants may be considered.
