Age Limit

Applicants must be between 18 and 40 years as on 05-06-2026. Relaxation of up to 5 years is available for ST, SC, Physically Handicapped, and Government employees. Government employees belonging to ST/SC/PH categories receive a total relaxation of up to 5 years.

Educational Qualifications

Option 1 (Engineering Degree)

BE/B.Tech in Computer Science or Information Technology (IT) or Electronics / Electronics & Communication / Electronics & Telecommunication from a government-recognized institute.

Option 2 (MCA)

Master of Computer Applications (MCA) from a government-recognized institute.

Mandatory Domicile Requirement

Permanent Resident Certificate of Tripura (PRTC) is mandatory for all applicants, as per GA(P&T) Department Notification dated 07-07-2023.

Desirable

Knowledge of Bengali or Kokborok.
