Educational Qualification

• Mandatory: A Bachelor’s Degree from a university established by law in India.
• Preferential qualification (advantage): Two years of Territorial Army service, or NCC certificates (B or C).

Additional eligibility considerations

Candidates must meet one of the following conditions: passing High School and Intermediate (or equivalent) from Uttarakhand-recognized institutions, or registration with an Employment Exchange in Uttarakhand, or meeting service/residency exceptions specified in the notification for personnel in armed forces, state/central government roles, or permanent residents of Uttarakhand studying or working outside the state.
