Educational Qualification

• Mandatory: A Bachelor's Degree from a university established by law in India.
• Preferential qualification (advantage): Two years of Territorial Army service or NCC “B” or “C” certificate.

Additional Requirements

• As per notification, candidates must satisfy one of the following: pass High School and Intermediate (or equivalent) from a recognized Uttarakhand institution, OR be registered with an Employment Exchange in Uttarakhand, OR meet service/residency exceptions for armed forces, state/central government establishments, or permanent Uttarakhand residents pursuing study/livelihood.

• Admit cards will be issued online only and downloaded using registration number and date of birth.
• The exam comprises two papers: Hindi (100 marks) and General Studies (200 marks), totaling 300 marks with negative marking (1/4) for wrong answers.
