Important Instructions for Document Verification

Candidates appearing for UPPSC RO and ARO document verification must follow these important instructions:

• Punctuality: Report to the venue at least 30 minutes before the scheduled time. Late entries may not be entertained.
• Dress Code: Wear formal attire. Avoid casual clothes, shorts, or flip-flops.
• Document Organization: Keep all documents properly arranged in a file folder in the order mentioned in the checklist.
• Self-Attestation: All photocopies must be self-attested. Unsigned copies may be rejected.
• Original Documents: Do not send originals through any representative. Candidates must appear in person.
• Mobile Phones: Mobile phones and electronic devices may not be allowed inside the verification hall. Make prior arrangements.
• ID Proof: Carry at least 2 government-issued photo ID proofs for verification.
• Communication: Keep checking your registered email and mobile for any updates or changes in schedule.

Documents Required for UPPSC Document Verification 2026

Candidates must carry the following documents in ORIGINAL along with one set of self-attested photocopies for the UPPSC RO and ARO document verification:

1. Educational Certificates

• 10th Standard/SSLC Mark Sheet and Certificate
• 12th Standard/Intermediate Mark Sheet and Certificate
• Degree/Diploma Certificate and all semester mark sheets
• Provisional Certificate (if final certificate not available)
• Post Graduation certificates (if applicable)

2. Identity Proof Documents

• Aadhar Card (Original + Photocopy)
• PAN Card (Original + Photocopy)
• Voter ID Card (Original + Photocopy)
• Passport (if available)
• Driving License (if available)

3. Category/Reservation Certificates

• Caste Certificate (SC/ST/OBC) - if applicable
• EWS Certificate with validity - if applicable
• Creamy Layer Certificate (for OBC candidates)
• Disability Certificate (for PwD candidates) - 40% and above
• Ex-Servicemen Certificate (if applicable)

4. Experience & Other Certificates

• Experience Certificates from previous employers (if required)
• Relieving Letters from previous organizations
• NOC from current employer (if employed)
• Character Certificate
• Medical Fitness Certificate (if required)

5. Mandatory Documents

• Recent passport-size photographs (10-15 copies)
• DV Schedule Notice/Admit Card (if issued)
• Application Form printout with registration number
• Date of Birth Certificate/Birth Certificate

Important: Candidates must carry documents in a TRANSPARENT FILE FOLDER. All photocopies must be self-attested. Original certificates will be verified and returned on the same day.
