Educational Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Education or M.Ed. (Elementary) with 55% marks OR MA in Education with 55% marks, plus a Diploma/Degree in Primary/Elementary Education with 55% marks from a recognised University/Institute.
• Five years of teaching experience in a Primary or Elementary Teachers' Training Institute.
• Knowledge of Bengali (spoken and written).
• Computer literacy.

Age Experience

• Age limit: Maximum 42 years as on 01-01-2026.
• Age relaxation: Up to 5 years for SC/ST (West Bengal) and 3 years for OBC (West Bengal). PwD up to 45 years.
