Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 21 years
• Maximum Age: 35 years
• Age relaxation will be provided as per Chhattisgarh Government rules from the General Administration Department. Maximum 45 years after all relaxations.

Eligibility by Post

• Legal Probation Officer (DCPU): LLB from a recognized university. Minimum 2 years of experience in women and children’s rights field with government/NGO/legal cases. Proficiency in MS Office/computer/web software.
• Outreach Worker (DCPU): 12th pass from a recognized board. Good communication skills. Preferably 1 year of experience in government/non-government work in women/child welfare.
• Assistant Cum Computer Operator (CWC): 12th pass + one year computer diploma. Hindi/English typing 8000 Kcyph. Preferably 1 year of experience in women/child welfare.
• Child Welfare Officer / Careworker (Govt Boys Children Home, Mana Camp): Bachelor's in Social Work/Sociology/Psychology/Law/Social Sciences. Minimum 2 years of experience in women/child development with government/NGO/legal. MS Office proficiency.
• Child Welfare Officer / Careworker (Govt Girls Children Home, Mana Camp): Bachelor's in Social Work/Sociology/Psychology/Law/Social Sciences. Minimum 2 years of experience in women/child development with government/NGO/legal. MS Office proficiency.
• Counselor (Govt Girls Children Home, Mana Camp): Bachelor's in Social Work/Sociology/Psychology/Public Health/Counseling + PG Diploma in Counseling and Communication. Minimum 2 years of experience in women/child development. MS Office proficiency.
• Housemother (Govt Girls Children Home, Mana Camp): Bachelor's in Sociology/Psychology/Social Science/Law. Minimum 2 years of experience in child care/protection/rehabilitation/welfare in government/semi-government/international/grant-in-aid institutions or CWC/JJB/Childline. MS Office proficiency. Only females.
• Paramedical Staff (Govt Girls Children Home, Mana Camp): ANM/MPW or Nursing training certificate from a recognized institution. Minimum 2 years of experience as paramedical in government/semi-government/private hospital.
• Domicile: Chhattisgarh Permanent Resident (Domicile required).
