Overview
Western Coalfields WCL has announced the Initial Medical Examination (IME) schedule for shortlisted candidates. Attendance is mandatory for the IME as part of the apprenticeship selection process.
Venue
HRD Department, Kalpnana Nagar, Uppalwadi, Near Power Grid Square, Indora - 440026, Nagpur, Maharashtra.
Documents/Items to Carry
- Printed schedule/call letter/notice
- Admit Card / registration details
- Original + photocopy of photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, etc.)
- Recent passport-size photographs (4-6 copies)
- Any relevant medical history or reports (if applicable)
- Character certificate or other documents as mentioned in the notice
Important Instructions
- Arrive at least 30 minutes early; late entry may be disallowed.
- Wear comfortable formal/semi-formal clothing suitable for medical checks.
- Follow fasting requirements if specified in the notice.
- Carry government-issued photo ID; documents will be verified.
- Attend in person; proxies are not allowed.

Common Disqualifications
