Eligibility

• Master’s degree with at least 55% marks (or equivalent grade) in the relevant subject from an Indian university or an accredited foreign university.
• NET/ SLET/ SET qualification conducted by UGC or similar testing bodies, or
• Ph.D. in accordance with UGC regulations (minimum standards and procedures for award of M.Phil/Ph.D. degree) and related amendments, with required research publication and viva voce.
• Ph.D. from a foreign university ranked among the top 500 in the World University Ranking (QS, THE, ARWU) is also acceptable.
