• Assistant Manager (Grade III): Maximum 30 years
• Manager (Grade IV): Maximum 34 years
• Deputy General Manager (Grade VII): Maximum 45 years
• General Manager (Grade VIII): Maximum 48 years
• Chief General Manager (Grade IX): Maximum 51 years

Relaxation:

• 5 years for SC/ST
• 3 years for OBC-NCL
• Additional 10 years for PwD candidates (with minimum 40% disability)
• Maximum age with relaxation shall not exceed 57 years

Qualifications

• Chief General Manager (Finance): CA / CMA / Two years full-time First-Class MBA in Finance from a recognised institution

• Deputy General Manager (Electronics-Aerospace): First-Class degree in Engineering (Electronics)
• Deputy General Manager (Production Planning): First-Class degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Automobile / Electrical)

General Information

• Only Indian nationals may apply. First class is considered 60% (aggregate). CGPA/credit conversions must be provided.
• Caste and other certificates must be in the format applicable for appointment to Government of India posts.
• OBC candidates must provide an OBC certificate not older than six months as of the last date of online submission.
• PwD candidates must submit PwD certificates with at least 40% disability.
• Private sector candidates must be in regular employment; freelance experience is not considered for post-qualification experience.
• BEML reserves the right to restrict the number of candidates and to modify the qualifying criteria based on applications received.
