Age Details

• Officer-HR (Grade II): Upper age limit 29 years as on 07-01-2026
• Assistant Manager-HR (Grade III): Upper age limit 30 years as on 07-01-2026
• Relaxations as per Government of India guidelines: SC/ST 5 years, OBC-NCL 3 years; PwD additional 10 years over the applicable relaxation (subject to minimum 40% disability).

Eligibility Details

Mandatory Qualifications

• Graduate with two years full-time MBA (HR/IR) or MSW or MA (Social Work with HR/IR) or a Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations (2 years full-time) with specialization in IR/HR from a recognized university/institution
• Candidate should have secured first class in Post-Graduation (60% aggregate). Relaxation of 5% for SC/ST & PwD; candidates with CGPA/credit must convert to %.

Desirable Qualifications

• Degree in Law and professional certification in HR related areas

Experience

• Officer HR (Grade II): 2 years post-qualification experience from a reputed organization
• Assistant Manager HR (Grade III): 4 years post-qualification experience from a reputed organization

Other

• Essential Experience Definition: PQE is the minimum relevant experience after obtaining the qualification; only post-qualification employment is considered.
• Indicative Job Role includes HR/IR functions, policy implementation, recruitment, PMS, L&D, welfare, administration, and statutory compliance including contract labour matters
