Age

Upper age limit: 35 years as on 02-08-2026. Age relaxations as per government rules (details in the official notification).

Eligibility

Essential qualification: A full-time Diploma in Engineering/Technology from a recognized Indian University/Board, with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate for UR/EWS/OBC/PwD/ST candidates, and a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate for SC candidates.

Desirable qualification: A 1-year diploma in Industrial Safety, preferably from RLI/CLI.

Experience: 2 years of post-diploma experience in HSE/Safety at construction sites.

Desirable experience: Preference for candidates with exposure to switchyards, power plants, or refineries and at least 5 years of supervisory construction experience, including 2 years at construction sites. Ability to conduct mock drills, audits, inspections, and training on HSE topics, with basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint).

Application Fee

Rs 236/- non-refundable processing fee for UR, ST, EWS, and OBC (NCL) candidates. SC, PwD, and Ex-servicemen candidates are exempt. Payment is online only; provide UTR/Transaction ID in the application. Other payment modes are not accepted.

Other Instructions

• Posts are temporary on a Fixed Tenure basis for an initial period of two years or until assignment completion.
• Candidates must possess the required qualification and experience as on 01-08-2026 and must present originals at interview if called.
• Govt./Semi-Govt./PSU employees must provide a No-Objection Certificate at interview and a relieving order if selected.
• Outstation interview candidates will be reimbursed second sleeper (Non-AC) train fare by the shortest route, subject to verification.
