Age limits (as on 26-11-2025)

• General: 18 to 38 years
• SC/ST/OBC/Special Backward Classes: 18 to 43 years
• Government/High Court employees applying through proper channels: 18 years (no upper age limit)

Educational Qualifications

• Hold a degree from a recognized university in English and Marathi. Preference will be given to candidates who possess a degree in Law from a recognized university.

Language Proficiency

• Proficient in English and Marathi, with knowledge of at least one of the following languages: Hindi or Konkani.

Computer Proficiency

• Possess a certificate in computer operation (Word Processor) in Windows and Linux, plus MS Office (MS Word) and related software, from a recognized institute or through appropriate government resolutions.

• Notification Date: 26-11-2025
• Start Date for Online Application: 27-11-2025 at 11:00 AM
• Last Date for Online Application: 12-12-2025 at 05:00 PM
• Selection Process: Screening Test (3 hours, 100 marks, 50% passing), followed by Viva-voce (20 marks). A merit list and wait list will be prepared for two years from publication.
• The online application window closes on the specified last date; no further submissions will be accepted.

How to Apply

• Submit the online application through the High Court website (link above) between 11:00 AM on 27-11-2025 and 05:00 PM on 12-12-2025.
• Pay the online registration fee of ₹300/- via SBI Collect and retain the reference number for fee details submission.
• Ensure scanned passport-size photograph and signature are in .jpg/.jpeg format, each file not exceeding 40 KB, to be uploaded in the application form.
• Note down the registration number after submitting the online application and print the completed application form for future reference.
• Printouts or attested copies of documents are not required at the time of online submission but may be asked for during document verification later.
