BSEB Registration 2027: 10th (Matric) & 12th (Inter) Exam Registration Begins

Eligibility for BSEB Registration 2027

• Matric (Class 10): Registration is coordinated through the school/college head login for eligible students (Class 9 students are noted for Matric registration in some cycles).
• Inter (Class 12): Registration is coordinated through the school/college head login for eligible students (Class 11 students are noted for Inter registration in some cycles).
• Left-out candidates from earlier cycles may also be eligible under special/left-out registration windows.
• Individual students cannot register directly on the portal.

• 12-09-2025 to 24-09-2025: BSEB Inter (Class 11) online registration window (earlier cycle)
• 13-07-2026 to 22-07-2026: Special/left-out registration window for Matric & Inter 2027 (with late fee)
• 25-07-2026: Dummy registration card released for Matric
• 13-07-2026 to 14-08-2026: Dummy registration card correction window (Matric)
• 14-08-2026: Correction window closes; later windows may be announced by the board
• 18-08-2026: Registration window with late fee reported to open (per news coverage)
• BSEB 2027 Matric & Inter theory exams: Not yet announced

Application Fees

How to Apply: Step-by-Step Process

1. The school or college head logs in to the official BSEB registration portal (biharboardonline.org).
2. The head downloads the registration form/list and distributes it to eligible students for completion.
3. Students fill in personal and academic details and submit the form along with photographs, signature, and required documents to the school.
4. The school verifies each student's details against school records.
5. The school head completes the online registration for each verified student, including payment of the registration fee (and late fee, if applicable) through the portal.
6. A pre-filled declaration form is generated after submission. This must be checked for accuracy, signed by the student, signed by the parent or guardian, and countersigned by the head of the institution.
7. The signed declaration form is uploaded back to the BSEB portal to complete the registration process.
8. Once processed, BSEB issues a dummy registration card; students should review it carefully for errors.

Important Instructions

• Registration is not possible directly by students; only the school/college head has portal access to submit applications.
• Registration without the signed declaration form is incomplete and will not be processed.
• Blurred or low-resolution photographs and signatures can lead to rejection during verification.
• Applications and fee payments submitted after the notified deadline (even with late fee) will not be accepted once the window closes.
• Always check the dummy registration card and correct any errors within the correction window, as these details are used for admit cards and certificates.
