Eligibility by Category

I(A) ITI Trades

• Qualification: Pass in Xth standard AND ITI (NTC)

I(B) SSLC

• Qualification: Pass in Xth standard

I(C) HSE/ITI

• Qualification: Pass in XIIth standard / ITI (NTC)

I(D) Diploma

• Qualification: Diploma in Engineering or Technology in relevant discipline

I(E) Graduation

• Qualification: Graduation (BA/BSc/BCom/BBA/BCA, etc.)

I(F) Post Graduation

• Qualification: MA Hindi / MA Hindi with Translation

Other Instructions

• Duration of internship: nine months.
• Stipend: ₹11,000/month for ITI Trades, SSLC, and HSE/ITI; ₹13,000/month for Diploma, Graduation, and Post Graduation, including DBT.
• No travel expenses for certificate verification or during internship. Boarding and lodging are not provided.
• Selection is via PMIS portal with certificate verification and medical fitness as conditions for provisional induction.
• Only Indian nationals are eligible. CSL reserves the right to modify seats or process as required and may call for additional documentary evidence.
• If information in the application is false or incomplete, candidature may be cancelled.
• Equivalency certificates may be required for certain qualifications at certificate verification/joining.
