Age Details

Maximum age: 45 years as on 15 July 2026. Reserved category relaxations will follow Government of India norms.

Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess MBBS along with a postgraduate degree or diploma (MD/MS/DNB or equivalent) in the relevant specialty as per the latest National Medical Commission (NMC) guidelines. In ICU, relaxation may apply if postgraduate candidates are unavailable.

Age Limit

The maximum age limit is 45 years as on 15 July 2026. Relaxation for reserved categories will be as per Government of India norms.

Medical Registration Requirement

All candidates must have an updated Medical Registration with the NMC or the respective State Medical Council covering all post-MBBS qualifications (MD/MS). Those without updated registration must provide proof of application.

• Reporting time: 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM Note: There is no separate online application window. Eligibility will be assessed on the date of the walk-in interview itself.

Application Fee

• SC/ST/ESIC regular employees, Female candidates, and PH candidates: Nil
• All other categories: Rs. 500 Payment is to be made via Demand Draft in favor of "ESI Fund A/c No.-1" payable at Faridabad. The fee is non-refundable.

Important Instructions

• Vacancies are provisional and may change based on patient care requirements. The authority may amend, cancel, or modify this advertisement without prior notice.
• Reservation will be as per Government of India guidelines.
• In case of non-availability of reserved category candidates, a meritorious available candidate may be offered engagement for 39 days at the sole discretion of the Appointing Authority.
• EWS and OBC certificates must be in the formats specified by Government of India DoPT guidelines. No private practice is allowed after joining. No TA/DA will be paid for interview or document submission.
• The contract may be terminated if a bonded Senior Resident joins the same post.
• Absence for more than 7 days without prior approval will be treated as voluntary abandonment and may lead to termination. Attendance must be recorded manually and via the Aadhaar Enabled Biometric Attendance System (AEBAS).
• Senior Resident will not be entitled to Provident Fund, Pension, Gratuity, Medical Benefits, or related service benefits.
• Hostel accommodation may be provided as possible, but no HRA will be paid if availed.
• All applicants should regularly check www.esic.gov.in for corrigenda, addenda, or updates.

Required Documents for Document Verification

Carry the offline application form and self-attested copies of: Class 10th certificate, MBBS degree and mark sheets, MD/MS/DNB or equivalent postgraduate certificates, valid EWS/OBC-NCL/SC/ST/PwD certificates (where applicable), updated Medical Registration Certificate, experience certificate, recent photograph, NOC (if applicable), and Aadhaar card.

Notes on NOC and Interviews

Candidates already employed in Government/Autonomous/Statutory institutions should preferably carry an NOC or an undertaking if NOC is not available at the time of verification.

Attendance and Selection

Only document-verified candidates may sit for the interview. The Selection Board will conduct interviews without any written examination. The final offer of appointment will be communicated via email.
