ESIC Recruitment 2025: Offline Recruitment for 97 Teaching Faculty and Senior Residents Posts

Age Details

• Not exceeding 69 years for teaching faculty posts.
• Not exceeding 45 years for Senior Residents.
• Age relaxation as per Government of India norms.

Educational Qualifications and Experience

• MBBS degree with MD/MS/DNB/Diploma in the relevant specialty.
• Relevant experience as per NMC norms.
• Updated medical registration (NMC/Punjab Medical Council) with all post MBBS/MD/MS qualifications.
• Experience certificates must clearly specify the duration of experience.
• Candidates eligible for a higher post may be interviewed against a lower post.

• Start Date for Apply Online (Offline submission window opens): 24-12-2025
• Last Date to Submit Applications: 31-12-2025
• Walk-in Interview Date: 08-01-2026
• Reporting Time: 09:00 AM to 10:00 AM

Application Fee

• ₹500 for UR, OBC, and EWS candidates.
• Nil for SC/ST/ESIC employees, Female candidates, Defence Ex-servicemen, and Persons with Disabilities.
• Payment via Demand Draft in favor of ESI Fund A/c No. 1, payable at Ludhiana.

General Instructions

• Vacancies are provisional and may change as per requirement.
• Reservation is as per Government of India guidelines.
• No private practice is allowed after joining.
• Candidates should preferably have an NOC if currently employed in Govt./Autonomous institutions.
• EWS/OBC certificates must be in the format for Central Govt. jobs and issued within the last year for OBC candidates.
• No TA/DA will be paid for interview or document submission.

How to Apply

• Submit a duly filled application form in the prescribed format and scan all self-attested supporting documents.
• Email the scanned documents and the applicable Demand Draft to the designated ESIC email address by 31-12-2025.
• Include Name, Post Applied, and Department in the subject line.
• Bring original certificates for verification at the time of the walk-in interview on 08-01-2026.
