Age Limit

• Minimum 18 years and maximum 40 years as of 01-07-2026.

Age Relaxation (as applicable)

• SC/ST/OBC (UP Domicile): Up to 5 years
• Uttar Pradesh govt. permanent employees (min. 3 years continuous service): Up to 5 years
• Divyang (PwD): Up to 15 years
• Ex-Servicemen: Up to 3 years (after deducting total military service)

Note: Only permanent residents (Domicile) of Uttar Pradesh are eligible for reserved posts.

Educational Qualifications

• Intermediate (Class 12) from the Board of High School and Intermediate Education, Uttar Pradesh, or an equivalent examination recognized by the Government.
• Typing Speed: Minimum 25 words per minute in Hindi and 30 words per minute in English.
• Computer Certificate: CCC (Course on Computer Concepts) certified by DOEACC Society (NIELIT) or an equivalent government-recognized certificate.

Equivalent Qualifications Accepted

• Candidates who opted for Computer Science as a separate subject in High School/Intermediate (UP Board or Central/State boards).
• Candidates with a Diploma or Degree in Computer Science from a recognized institution.

Application Fee (GST @ 18% included where applicable)

• UR: ₹1,100 + ₹198 GST = ₹1,298 total
• OBC / EWS: ₹1,100 + ₹198 GST = ₹1,298 total
• SC / ST: ₹800 + ₹144 GST = ₹944 total
• Divyang / PwD (UP residents only): Exempted (zero fee)

Note: Fee is non-refundable. Separate fees must be paid for each post applied for. Horizontal reservation candidates pay fees as per their base category.

How to Apply

1. Visit the official website at www.gims.ac.in from 04-06-2026 onward.
2. Click on the Online Application link for Advertisement No. GIMS/2026/Manpower/NT-02/07 and choose your post (Record Keeper or Store Keeper).
3. Read the User Instructions and fill in all required details accurately.
4. Pay the application fee online. The printout can be generated only after fee payment.
5. You may make one correction after submission. Mobile number, email ID, and reservation category cannot be changed after submission.
6. Keep a printed copy of the submitted application. No documents need to be sent by post.
7. Regular government employees must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of document verification.

Selection Process

• CBT (Computer Based Test) + Typing Test
• 3x vacancies shortlist for typing test; minimum speeds: 25 wpm (Hindi), 30 wpm (English)
• Final merit list based on CBT marks and typing test performance
