Age Details

Educational Qualifications (Post-wise)

• Scientific Officer (by Transfer on Deputation) - Official holding an analogous post on regular basis under State Government/Public Sector Undertaking/Autonomous Body/Corporation/Statutory Body.
• Assistant Director (by Transfer on Deputation) - Official holding an analogous post on regular basis under State Government/Public Sector Undertaking/Autonomous Body/Corporation/Statutory Body.
• Assistant Engineer (by Transfer on Deputation) - (1) Official holding an analogous post under State Government/PSU/Autonomous Body/Corporation/Statutory Body; OR (2) Official in Level-6 of pay matrix with 5 years regular service in the grade, possessing a Degree in Civil Engineering (with Environmental Engineering/Pollution Control as subjects).
• Environmental Officer (by Transfer on Deputation) - Official holding an analogous post on regular basis under State Government/Public Sector Undertaking/Autonomous Body/Corporation/Statutory Body.
• Dy. Director (Technical) (by Transfer on Deputation) - Official holding an analogous post on regular basis under State Government/Public Sector Undertaking/Autonomous Body/Corporation/Statutory Body.
• Lecturer in Pedodontics / Orthodontics / Community Dentistry / Public Health Dentistry - Goa Dental College & Hospital
  • Essential: Dental qualification as per Dentists Act; PG in relevant speciality; registration with Dental Council; knowledge of Konkani.
• Psychiatrist - Institute of Psychiatry and Human Behaviour
  • Essential: Medical qualification as per AMPI/MCI; PG in Psychiatry; minimum experience; knowledge of Konkani.
• Clinical Psychologist - Institute of Psychiatry and Human Behaviour
  • Essential: Master’s in Psychology; further qualifications; experience; knowledge of Konkani.
• Dy. Town Planner - Town and Country Planning Department
  • Essential: Degree in Regional/Town Planning; relevant experience; knowledge of Konkani.
• Block Development Officer - Department of Personnel
  • Essential: Degree in any branch; knowledge of Konkani.

Age Limits

Desirable/Relaxable Qualifications

• Konkani knowledge is essential for most posts; Marathi knowledge is desirable for certain posts and may be relaxed in specific cases as per GPSC guidelines.

Application Fee

E-challan is typically valid for a limited period and stamped challan must reach the Commission by the last date. Fees once paid are non-refundable.

• Offline payment: e-challan is valid for 7 days from generation; bank stamp is essential; provide stamped e-challan to the Commission office by the last date.
• Provide a valid email address and mobile number in the application; check email/mobile/website regularly for updates.
• Konkani knowledge is essential for most posts; Marathi knowledge is desirable in certain posts; Government may relax Konkani requirement in specific cases.
• Qualifications may be relaxable at the discretion of GPSC for well-qualified candidates; experience relaxations may apply for SC/ST candidates under certain conditions.
