Age limits

• Senior Research Fellow: 35 years (Men) / 40 years (Women)
• Young Professional-I: 21-45 years with relaxation as per SC/ST and OBC provisions.

Eligibility details

Senior Research Fellow (SRF)

• Postgraduate degree in Soil and Water Conservation Engineering, Land and Water Resources Engineering, Irrigation and Drainage Engineering, Water Resources, Remote Sensing and Geographical Information System, Civil Engineering with specialization in Hydrology/Hydraulics and Water Resources Engineering.
• NET/GATE or equivalent and at least 2 years of relevant research experience in RS & GIS, hydrological modelling, or related fields.

Young Professional-I (YP-I)

• B.Tech/Bachelor of Engineering in Civil or Agricultural Engineering.

Both positions require relevant qualifications and may include other criteria as specified in the official notification.
