Company Secretary

• Qualified Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
• Minimum six (6) years of post-qualification experience (counted after passing the CS Final Exam) in compliance management and other company secretarial work in government or private sector.
• At least three (3) years of experience in the infrastructure sector.
• Desirable: Experience of working in road/highway sector or InvIT.
