Age Details (as per notification)

• Minimum age (all candidates): 21 years
• Maximum age: 40 years (General Merit); 43 years (2A/2B/3A/3B); 45 years (SC/ST/Category-1)
• One-time additional relaxation of 5 years in maximum age for this recruitment
• Additional relaxations: Ex-servicemen, Persons with Disabilities, and widowed/divorced candidates may receive further relaxations as specified in the notification.

Educational Qualification

• A Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree awarded by a University established by law in India, or an equivalent qualification, as per the Gazetted Probationers Rules, 1997.
• Candidates who have appeared for qualifying examinations and have not yet declared results are eligible to appear for Preliminary Examination, provided they can prove passing qualification at the Main Examination application stage.

Application Fees

• General Merit and all other categories: Rs. 600
• Categories 2A/2B/3A/3B: Rs. 300
• Ex-Military Personnel: Rs. 50
• SC/ST/Category-1/PWD: No fee (exempted)

The fee is payable online via Net Banking, Debit Card, Credit Card, or UPI. Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
