Eligibility Details

Basic Eligibility

• In-service officers currently holding the Lower Divisional Clerk (LDC) grade on a regular basis.
• Regular service as required under the Mizoram Ministerial Service Rules, 2021.

Service Requirements

• General regular service: 7 years in the LDC grade.
• Legacy officers: 5 years of qualifying/eligibility service, applicable to officers already in the LDC grade on the date the extant rules were notified.

Important Dates

• Notification Date: 30-04-2026
• Last Date for One-Time Registration (New Users): 12-06-2026 (by 4:00 PM)
• Last Date for Online Application Submission: 12-06-2026 (by 4:00 PM)
• Examination Date: To be notified on the MPSC website

Application Fees

• General candidates: As per MPSC norms (amount specified on official site).
• Persons with Disabilities (PwD): NIL (exempted).
• Fee once paid is non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Fee payment is via the MPSC Online Portal; if paying via UPI, use only the mobile number registered in One-Time Registration (OTR).

Important Instructions

• This is an in-service LDE; only LDC officers are eligible.
• Complete One-Time Registration (OTR) and submit the online application by the deadline.
• After payment, confirm that the application is submitted; otherwise candidature will be rejected.
• PwD candidates are exempted from the fee; other candidates must pay as per MPSC norms.
• Canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification.
