Age Limit

• Maximum age limit for this departmental limited competitive exam is 55 years as on 01 January 2026. This is restricted to existing employees; standard category-wise relaxations for open recruitment do not apply here.

Educational Qualifications

• Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Science (including Technical and Engineering), Commerce, or Agriculture from a recognized university.

Experience and Service

• Current regular or officiating employee for at least 5 years in a clerical-cadre post, or as a Patwari/ Revenue Inspector, in the Revenue Mandal, Commissioner Land Records, Principal Revenue Commissioner, Divisional Commissioner, or Collector establishments (including Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue) and Tehsil offices under Collector establishments).

Age

• Maximum age as on 01 January 2026 should not exceed 55 years.

Other

• Candidate cannot appear in this exam more than three times under this scheme.

Application Fee

• All categories: ₹2,000
• MP Online portal charges: ₹60 (kiosk) or ₹20 (self-login)
• Fees can be paid online via debit/credit card, net banking, or at an MP Online kiosk.

Important Instructions

• Only one application form per candidate; if applying for multiple options, indicate a preference order.
• Aadhaar registration is mandatory; Aadhaar-based biometric verification will be conducted at the exam centre.
• Carry the downloaded admit card and a valid photo ID to the exam hall.
• Electronic devices, calculators, smartwatches, and similar items are prohibited inside the exam hall.
• No domicile certificate is required for this departmental exam.
• No re-evaluation of results is provided.
• Exam city/centre allocation is subject to availability and may not be changed on request.
