Age Limit

• Minimum age: 21 years
• Maximum age: 42 years
• Relaxations as per government rules (e.g., for certain categories)

Educational Qualifications

• Graduation with Odia or English Honours and Law Graduation
• OR Post-Graduation in Odia and Graduation in Law from a recognized University

Age and Experience

• Age: 21 to 42 years as on a fixed date with applicable relaxations
• Experience for age relaxation: minimum 7 years in relevant Group B/C government posts, or 3 years with at least 1 year of translation work

Application Fee

• Rs. 700 for candidates other than SC, ST, and PwD
• Nil for SC, ST, and PwD candidates
• The fee is refundable to candidates who appear in both papers of the Written Examination

• Candidates must be Indian citizens of good character and sound health.
• Government servants must submit a No Objection Certificate.
• Only Odisha ST certificates by birth are valid.
• Mere selection does not guarantee appointment.
• Ensure to upload scanned photograph, signature, left thumb impression, and all required documents during online application.
• Keep a printout of the submitted application for future reference.

Selection Process

• Written Examination (Subjective Type) - 300 marks (Paper I & Paper II)
• Viva-Voce Test - 40 marks
