The vacancies are filled on a contract basis for an initial period of one year, extendable up to four years based on factory requirements and performance. NCVT Certification (National Apprenticeship Certificate) in AOCP (Attendant Operator Chemical Plant) or in specified Feeder Trades such as IMCP, MMCP, LACP, PPO, Fitter General, Machinist, Turner, Sheet Metal Worker, Electrician, Electronic Mechanic, Boiler Attendant, Mechanic Industrial Electronics, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic, etc.
