Age Details

Minimum age: 18 years (as on 01-09-2026) Maximum age: 25 years (as on 01-09-2026)

• Age relaxations: SC/ST 5 years; OBC 3 years; PwBD 10 years; 1984 riot victims’ children/family members 5 years.

Eligibility Details

• The prescribed qualification must be from a recognised university or institute and pursued as a regular full-time course. Distance learning, part-time, or correspondence qualifications are not eligible.
• Allied branches of Diploma in Engineering are not applicable.
• Candidates who have completed Act Apprenticeship or job experience of one year or more, or who are pursuing higher studies, are not eligible.
• The passing certificate/final year marks must be dated on or after 01-07-2023, with minimum percentage calculated on the final year or the average of the last two semesters.
• Specific eligibility rules apply for different trades under the RDSDE scheme; please review the trade-wise requirements in the official notification.
• Candidates may be considered for certain trades with biology in graduation if applicable to the role.
