Honorary Doctors

• Postgraduate medical qualification (MD/MS/DNB or equivalent) relevant to the specialty.
• Minimum 5 years of experience after post-graduation (Physiotherapists: 15 years after graduation; other specialties may have specific requirements).

Panel Doctors

• Must be a registered Medical Practitioner with MBBS.
• Minimum 10 years of experience, excluding internship.
• Must own a dispensary/clinic in the relevant panel area with full OPD facilities and an online computer system.
• Clinic must be equipped to conduct routine immunization and minor surgical procedures.

Important Dates

• Last date for receipt of application: 31 July 2026
• Tenure of Honorary Doctors engagement: 01-01-2027 to 31-12-2029
• Tenure of Panel Doctors engagement: 3 years (start date not specified in the notification)

How to Apply

1. Download or prepare the application in the prescribed format for the specific post - separate applications are required for Honorary Doctors and Panel Doctors.
2. Fill in personal details, qualification details, registration details, and experience details as applicable.
3. Affix a signed passport-size photograph and mention the specialty applied for.
4. Attach attested photocopies of educational qualification and experience certificates.
5. Write the name of the post applied for on the top left-hand corner of the envelope.
6. Send the completed application by post to: Deputy General Manager (HR) - Unit, Trombay Unit, First Floor, Room No. 117-A, Administrative Building, Chembur, Mumbai - 400074, to reach on or before 31-07-2026.

Required Documents

• Duly filled application in the prescribed format (separate formats for Honorary Doctors and Panel Doctors)
• Recent passport-size photograph, duly signed and affixed on the application
• Attested photocopies of educational qualification certificates
• Attested photocopies of experience certificates
• Medical Council registration details
• Details of research papers/articles (if any) for Honorary Doctors
• For Panel Doctors: clinic/dispensary address, timings, facilities, equipment, average daily patients, and prior empanelment details

Important Instructions

• Incomplete or unsigned applications, or applications received after the last date, will not be considered.
• Candidates applying for both posts must send separate applications.
• Engagement is initially for three years and may be terminated by either side with one month's notice.
• The engagement is temporary and does not create an employer-employee relationship.
• The company reserves the right to cancel or alter the advertisement without notice.
