• DGM: 41 years
• Manager: 35 years
• Assistant Manager: 32 years

Cluster-II - DGM Posts

• Essential Qualification: Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering (for DGM Design Engineer / Long-span Bridges).
• Experience: Minimum 11 years post-qualification, with at least 8 years in detailed design of long-span bridges; proficiency in MIDAS Civil/SOFiSTiK/LUSAS/CSI Bridge or equivalent.
• Other Cluster-II posts (2nd, 3rd, 4th DGM designs): Similar qualifications with domain-specific requirements.

Cluster-I - Manager Posts

• Essential Qualification: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering and Master’s in Structural Engineering (for most disciplines).
• Experience: Minimum 5 years post-qualification, with at least 3 years in detailed design of bridges or related infrastructure; relevant software experience as specified per post.

Cluster-I - Assistant Manager Posts

• Essential Qualification: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years post-qualification, with at least 1 year in relevant roles (e.g., design, estimation, survey, tunnel engineering).

Common Qualifications

• All posts require recognition of the degree by AICTE/UGC (as applicable).
