Age Limit

• Maximum age limit: 45 years for General Category candidates as on the date of the interview.
• Age relaxations: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, and 5 years for Persons with Disabilities (PwD).

Educational Qualifications

• MBBS degree recognized by MCI/NMC.
• Postgraduate medical degree/diploma/DNB in the concerned specialty (e.g., MD/MS/DNB/DM/MCh) from a recognized University/Institution as per the Residency Scheme.
• Should be registered with the Delhi Medical Council (DMC) with MBBS and the requisite postgraduate qualification, or have proof of applied for the same at the time of the walk-in interview.

Desirable

• Relevant experience as implied by qualification process.

Experience

• Candidates must not have completed 03 years of Senior Residency in any recognized institution previously.
• For posts against vacant specialist positions, only PG SRs are eligible.

Important Instructions

• OBC candidates must submit the latest OBC certificate issued for the current financial year by the competent authority of the Delhi Govt; OBC certificates from outside Delhi will not be accepted for reservation.
• EWS candidates must possess a valid certificate for the current financial year.
• The appointment will be for 89 days or until a regular candidate joins, whichever is earlier.
• Selected candidates must join within 7 working days of the offer letter issuance.
• No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the interview.
• Candidates are required to wear the proper uniform (white apron).

• Report to the 4th Floor Conference Hall in the Administrative Block of SGM Hospital on 17.12.2025 between 9 AM to 12 PM for registration.
• Bring a duly filled application form with a photograph and checklist (formats enclosed in the PDF).
• Carry all original certificates and testimonials along with two passport-size photographs and one set of self-attested photocopies of all documents for verification.
• Entry will not be allowed after 12 PM on the interview date.
