SMP Kolkata Recruitment 2026: Cabin Assistant and Pointsman (8 Posts) - Offline Application

Age Limit

Upper age limit is 62 years as on 01 December 2025.

Educational Qualification

Madhyamik or its equivalent from any recognized board.

Experience

• Cabin Assistant (on contract): Retired as Sr. Trains Clerk/Head Trains Clerk/Chief Trains Clerk from Indian Railways. Must have experience in train interchange related works, interaction with other railway sections, FOIS and POMS related work, and other clerical duties.
• Pointsman (on contract): Retired as Pointsman/Pointsman-A/Token Porter from Indian Railways. Must have experience in setting and clamping of points at the interchange yard, piloting foreign locomotives, and other related tasks.

• Engagement is purely contractual for one year.
• Nationality: Indian citizens.
• Separate applications should be submitted when applying for both posts.
