SSC CHSL & JE Tier 2 City Intimation Slip 2026: Release, Exam City, and Dates

Eligibility Details

SSC CHSL Tier-II (10+2) Level

• Candidates who qualified in the Combined Higher Secondary (10+2) Level Examination, 2025 (Tier-II) are eligible for CHSL Tier-II.

SSC JE Paper-II (Civil, Mechanical & Electrical)

• Candidates who qualified in the Junior Engineer (Civil, Mechanical & Electrical) Examination, 2025 (Paper-II) are eligible for JE Paper-II.

Note: The City Intimation Slip is not an admit card. The admit card, which includes full exam center venue address, roll number, photo/signature, reporting time, and instructions, will be released separately closer to the exam date.

Important Dates

• Release Date (City Intimation Slip): 23-03-2026
• JE Paper-II Exam Date: 07-04-2026
• CHSL Tier-II Exam Date: 10-04-2026
• Admit Card Release: ~3-4 days before each exam ( JE ~04-04-2026, CHSL ~07-04-2026 )

Key Instructions

• The City Intimation Slip provides the allotted exam city and date information. It is not the admit card. The admit card, with full center address, roll number, photo/signature, and reporting time, will be released later for entry to the exam.
• For scribe facility (PwBD candidates), ensure Aadhaar-based scribe registration and mapping deadlines: JE by 3 April 2026 (11:00 PM) and CHSL by 5 April 2026 (11:00 PM).
• Keep checking the official SSC portal for the latest updates and download the City Intimation Slip from the candidate login.
• Plan travel and accommodation based on the allotted city and exam date; verify all details in the admit card once released.
• Do not rely on the City Intimation Slip as a substitute for the admit card. Carry valid photo IDs on exam day.
