Eligibility Details

• Research Investigator (RI): Graduate in any discipline with experience in data collection in remote tribal areas (BSW preferred). Fluency in Marathi and English. Willing to travel and stay in tribal remote areas.
• Research Assistant (RA): Post-Graduate in any discipline with experience in data collection and monitoring fieldwork in remote tribal areas (MSW preferred). Fluency in Marathi and English. Willing to travel in tribal remote areas, coordinate data collection, and engage with multiple stakeholders in the field.
• Research Officer (RO): PhD in Social Work or Social Sciences with focus on education, field experience in tribal education, and published research. Candidates about to submit their PhD or awaiting viva are eligible. Masters in Social Work with focus on Tribal issues, strong academic writing, and field coordination experience. Willing to travel extensively in tribal areas. Fluency in Marathi and English; sensitive to tribal issues.
• Secretariate-cum-Accountant: Graduate in any discipline with desirable accounting knowledge. Willing to perform secretarial tasks. Working knowledge of statistical software and other digital skills.
