Eligibility Details

Manager - Resource Mobilization [Fund Raiser (Senior)]

• Master’s degree in Management, Social Work, Development Studies, Economics, Media, Communications, or a related field. A degree in fundraising/development management or a professional fundraising certification (e.g., CFRE) is an added advantage.
• Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in fundraising, resource mobilization, or development, preferably in education, non-profit, or institutional sectors.

Assistant Manager - Resource Mobilization [Fund Raiser (Junior)]

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Social Work, Media, Communications, Development Studies, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in fundraising, marketing, communications, or the development/non-profit sector. Freshers with strong relevant internships may be considered.
