Eligibility

Essential Educational Qualifications

  • For Lecturer - Sociology, Geography, Economics, History, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, English: Postgraduate degree in the relevant subject from a university established by law in India; LT Diploma from a Government or recognized training institution, OR Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) from a university established by law in India.
  • For Lecturer - Civics: Postgraduate degree in Political Science from a university established by law in India; LT Diploma from a Government or recognized training institution/college OR B.Ed.
  • For Lecturer - Biology: Postgraduate degree in Botany or Zoology or Advanced Zoology; LT Diploma from a Government or recognized training institution/college OR B.Ed.
  • For Lecturer - Hindi: Postgraduate degree in Hindi; Bachelor’s degree with Sanskrit as a subject OR Shastri; LT Diploma from a Government or recognized training institution/college OR B.Ed.
  • For Lecturer - Sanskrit: Postgraduate degree in Sanskrit OR related Sanskrit degrees; LT Diploma from a Government or recognized training institution/college OR B.Ed/Shiksha Shastri.
  • For Lecturer - Arts: Postgraduate degree in Drawing and Painting/Technical Arts/Painting; B.Ed from a NCTE-recognized institution.
  • For Lecturer - Agriculture: Postgraduate degree in Agriculture; LT Diploma from a Government or recognized training institution/college OR B.Ed.
  • For Lecturer - Home Science: Postgraduate degree in Home Arts/Home Science; LT Diploma from a Government or recognized training institution/college OR B.Ed.
  • For Lecturer - Commerce: Postgraduate degree in Commerce; LT Diploma from a Government or recognized training institution/college OR B.Ed.
  • All qualifications must be from recognized universities/institutions. Candidates must possess the marksheet issued date on or before 20/01/2026 for the qualifying examination.
