Educational qualifications

• B.Sc. Nursing or GNM diploma; alternatively, a Diploma in Psychiatry with relevant nursing qualification may be considered.
• UP Nurses and Midwives Council registration certificate.

Experience and other requirements

• Any contract-based experience certificates, if applicable.
• Any other educational qualification certificates and marksheets as required.

Note: The exact eligibility is as per the original recruitment notification for the Staff Nurse (Male/Female) Allopathy post (Advt. No. A-3/E-1/2023).

• Supplementary DV notice issued: 23 June 2026
• DV schedule announced: 29 June 2026
• Document verification for 9 candidates: 10 July 2026 at 9:30 AM (Prayagraj, UP)

Documents to carry for UPPSC Staff Nurse DV 2026

• Two self-attested photocopies of all educational records/certificates, plus two passport-size photographs attested by a gazetted officer, and three other photographs (five total).
• Original and photocopies of:
  • High School mark sheet and certificate
  • Intermediate mark sheet and certificate
  • Nursing qualification documents (B.Sc. Nursing or GNM diploma or equivalent)
  • UP Nurses and Midwives Council registration certificate
  • Any experience certificate (if applicable)
  • Mark sheets/certificates of other qualifications
  • Caste certificate (if claiming reservation)
  • No Objection Certificate (NOC) from current employer (if government servant)
  • Any affidavit for name discrepancies across documents

On verification day, the office will provide the candidate’s already filled application forms and related declarations for confirmation.

Important verification points

• Candidates must appear at the specified date and time at the UPPSC campus in Prayagraj.
• Original experience certificates should be issued by a competent officer, where applicable.
• If the candidate does not meet the mandatory qualifications as per the original advertisement, candidature/selection will be cancelled.
