Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 21 years
• Maximum Age: 40 years Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories as per UPSSSC rules.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture from a recognized university OR
• Equivalent degree in related disciplines such as Horticulture, Forestry, Agricultural Engineering, or a 4-year Home Science/Community Science (as specified in the notification)

Mandatory Requirement

• UPSSSC PET 2025: Candidates must have appeared in UPSSSC PET 2025 and possess a valid PET 2025 scorecard. Only PET 2025 qualified candidates will be shortlisted for the AGTA mains examination.
