UPSSSC Computer Operator Recruitment 2026 - Apply Online for 12 Posts (Grade-A & Assistant Computer Operator)

Minimum age: 21 years; Maximum age: 40 years as on 01 July 2026 (the vacancy year). Age relaxation as notified by the government for reserved categories.

Eligibility Details

Computer Operator Grade-A

• Bachelor’s degree from a university established by law in India, or an equivalent qualification recognized by the government
• Diploma in Computer Science or a Computer Science “O” Level certificate from NIELIT (or an equivalent government-recognized institute)
• Three years of experience in computer applications

Assistant Computer Operator

• Bachelor’s degree from a university established by law in India, or an equivalent qualification recognized by the government
• Diploma in Computer Science or NIELIT “O” Level certificate
• Two years of experience in computer applications

Preferential Qualification (Both Posts)

• Territorial Army service of at least 2 years or NCC “B” certificate

Application Fee

Key Instructions

• Only one online application should be submitted for the advertised posts; multiple submissions are not accepted.
• Reserved-category candidates must clearly indicate their category. A candidate eligible for more than one reserved category will receive the benefit of only one, whichever is more advantageous.
• Non-domicile candidates will be treated as Unreserved for reservation benefits.
• Women candidates should use the caste certificate issued on their father’s side; this certificate is the valid one for reservation purposes.
• Government employees must obtain a No Objection Certificate from their employer to participate in the selection process.
• Persons with Disabilities must submit the prescribed disability certificate and correctly mark their disability sub-category as per government orders.
• The date, time, and venue of the written examination will be communicated through the admit card; no changes to exam centre, date, or time will be permitted.
• Providing incorrect information, lacking the mandatory qualification by the closing date, or furnishing false particulars can lead to rejection and debarment.
• Provisions of the Uttar Pradesh Public Examination (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 2024 apply to this examination.
