Senior Consultant (Law Directorate)

• Qualification: Professional degree in Law (3 years after graduation OR 5 years integrated after 10+2); enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of India to practice in courts in India.
• Experience: 8-10 years of legal work experience.

Consultants (Corporate Communications Directorate)

• Consultant (Content Writer)

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, or English Literature; OR Bachelor’s degree in any stream with a Master’s Degree in Mass Communication/Journalism.
  • Experience: 5-8 years of proven content writing, copywriting, or editorial experience; experience in long-format content, scripts for audio-visuals, social media articles, blogs, advertising, and marketing collateral.

• Consultant (Graphic Designer)

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree with Advanced Diploma/Degree in Multimedia/Animation, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related disciplines.
  • Experience: 5-8 years; portfolio demonstrating branding and design leadership.

• Consultant (Video Editor)

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree with Diploma/Degree in Film Production/Media Studies, Mass Communication/Visual Arts, or Animation.
  • Experience: 5-8 years in video editing within professional settings.

Consultants (Clinical Psychologists)

• Senior Consultant: M.Phil in Clinical Psychology with valid RCI License; 8+ years of clinical/academic experience; aviation-sector experience desirable.
• Consultant: M.Phil in Clinical Psychology with valid RCI License; 5+ years of clinical/academic experience; aviation-sector experience desirable.
